Chilaquiles (pronounced “chee-lah-KEE-lays”) is a traditional dish found throughout Mexico.  This is a true comfort breakfast food.  Dinner A’Fare’s version pairs crispy corn tortilla chips with mild enchilada style sauce, queso fresco, Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream.

To make this a real treat, add refried beans and an over easy egg!
