Dinner A’Fare stays true to the authentic ingredients used in traditional Bolognese sauce, also known as Ragu alla Bolognese.  We start by cooking our ground beef with the holy trinity of vegetables; colery, onion, and carrots and then simmering it with our signature sauce.  One of our favorite aspects of this Italian sauce is that it is made by adding white wine, cinnamon and a touch of sugar to the tomato base sauce with a splash of milk to make it rich and thick.  Serve this over our creamy Parmesan Polenta and dinner is done!
