Chicken Milanese with Herbed Polenta

Crispy and crunchy, soft and creamy…this dish has it all! These chicken breast cutlets are dredged with breadcrumbs and Parmesan, then pan-fried in the traditional Italian culinary style. We serve them over a bed of warm polenta flavored with basil, parsley and oregano, and if that’s not enough, we pile it high with warm tomato coulis.
