Our house made Cowboy Butter has all of the traditional ingredients!  Everything that you can imagine would be great on a steak! Garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon, parsley, green onion, thyme, paprika, kosher salt and of course butter!! Smother our Aged Angus Flank Steaks, and anything else on the plate, in it and you will be saying Yee-Haw!
