Peanut Pork Mole Wraps

These wraps are easy to make in a snap and it will seem as if you have spent hours in the kitchen! Our cubed boneless skinless chicken is sautéed with diced onion, chili powder, chopped garlic, and cumin. Then we simmer it in peanut butter, tomato sauce, sugar, cornmeal and cocoa powder to create a Dinner A’Fare version of the Mexican Mole sauce, pronounced “MOH-leh”. Top it off with shredded carrots and wrap it up in warmed flour tortilla!
